We just eat real food.. Nothing crazy, no fad diets, just tips and tricks that have helped us transform over 300 clients.
As mentioned on our home page.. Movement is key and so is variety. Every single client can do handstands and touch their toes.
Our classes are programmed every month, meaning that no movement is overworked OR overlooked.. That also means that appropriate mobility exercises, stretching, foam rolling and pressure point releasing is programmed into the sessions as well.
