We do personalised programs for people who can’t get to our studio on a regular basis. These programs have produced some incredible results, a fat loss program saw one of our clients lose 10kgs of body fat in 12 weeks. A muscle building program allowed one of our clients to put on 5kgs in 8 weeks! We also do cardio, mobility and strength programming - or a combination of everything!

Step 1: Initial Consult

We sit down, chat about your goals, recent training history and the best path forward. We also pop you on our Inbody Bio Scan and do an in-depth functional movement screening.

Step 2: We create, you study

While we create your program, we put you to work by sending you our Initi8 Package. It’s a series of educational pieces that gives you the power to be self sufficient.

Step 3: Program run-through

After an in-depth explanation of the program as a whole, we go through each workout and nail every unknown exercise.
