Class Timetable

Functional Training

NEW SESSION! This session consists of a 5min warm up, 40min full-body-functional training and finished with 15 minutes of stretching & recovery work. The last 15 minutes is optional, meaning that you can be finished by 6:15am or 6:30pm if you need to leave (and stretch later, of course).'

Personal Training Class

These classes will vary between 1 to 6 participants and one coach. Each session has a great atmosphere and as experienced personal trainers & coaches – we can facilitate a session to more than one person at a time whilst still personalising the session for any individual. Covering mobility, strength, gymnastics and conditioning; these sessions are perfect for transforming body composition and performance.

Mums & Bubs Class

Expect to tone problem areas, improve your energy levels and be involved in a fun, social and welcoming workout. This class varies from 2 to 10 participants and one coach. Each class will have a particular focus yet still covering the basics of mobility, strength, and endurance.

Transformation Class

Imagine 15+ people sweating it out in a competitive and enthusiastic enviroment. You can expect to lift personal records, learn a new skill, burn serious calories and enjoy a buzzing atmosphere to start your weekend on a high. This session is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

1 on 1 Personal Training

‘Super specific goal or need to work around a niggle or injury? 1 on 1 personal training is perfect for you. Under the careful guidance of a trainer you will be looked after with your training, nutrition and lifestyle changes. Not long after starting with us you will be calling this trainer your friend, we live and breath this and will do anything to assist you in achieving’
